Hearts Awaken A Weekend Residency
Invite the Trio to your synagogue or community for a magical musical weekend. Begin the weekend with a spirited Kabbalat Shabbat Service, with music led by Robyn Helzner. Robyn’s davening is heartfelt and engaging. To enhance the Shabbat experience, Robyn offers Sermons in Song as part of the Shabbat evening and morning service. Topics include Jerusalem in Song, The Delights of Shabbat, and Songs in the Sephardic Tradition. To entertain audiences on Shabbat afternoon or evening, Trio members present fascinating Music Workshops on a variety of themes including Jewish Composers of American Popular Music, Shabbat Z’mirot, or Yes, There are Jews in China! Conclude the weekend with a Concert of World Jewish Music, showcasing the Trio’s superb vocal harmonies, dynamic instrumentals and extensive repertoire. Concerts are performed on Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon, or Sunday evening. “It is Shabbat. L’chah Dodi is sung to many melodies, but listen carefully
